Strength Training: If you’re like me, you have tendency to turn your nose at strength training because of the connotation. Your muscle can atrophy as you get older if you don’t work on them. Strength training can help by burning calories. However, it is important to know the proper form when working out. It’s best to workout with a friend in this case.
Walking: It’s easy to roll your eyes at walking because of its simplicity. However, I wouldn’t count out walking just yet. It can help you stay in shape while also managing healthy cholesterol levels. According to the article, walking can also help strengthen your memory.
Kegel exercises: According to the article, “These exercises won’t help you look better, but they do something just as important — strengthen the pelvic floor muscles that support the bladder.”
