Working out is about more than just weight-loss. Staying active keeps us healthy. Last week, we shared our favorite at health and wellness YouTubers. Many of them also discuss healthy eating habits if you’re looking really amp up your lifestyle. This week, we’re going to talk about easy at-home exercises for anyone without a gym membership.
Gym memberships can be pricey. While gyms are great, you don’t need to attend one to stay in shape. Leaving the house doesn’t always sound appealing, especially in the morning. That doesn’t have to deter you! Kendall Jenner, supermodel and member of the infamous Kar-Jenner family, released her at-home ab routine a couple years ago. It’s just 13 steps and only takes 11 minutes. You can repeat as many times as you like for faster results. This ab routine is one of my favorites! I like that I don’t have to leave the house, and I can do it on the floor of my bedroom. You really only need a yoga mats, and there are several cheap ones on the market.
Self published an article a few years ago that included a great 10 minutes at-home workout. Much Like Kendall’s, you can do this as many times as you like for faster results. If you’re looking to tone, this is is the workout for you! Also, like Kendall’s, this workout does focus on your core. While that’s great, it’s important to workout all parts of your body. You shouldn’t discount the heart. Personally, I spend the majority of my time at the gym focusing on cardio. At-home cardio is pretty easy. You can go for a jog at a local park or around the neighborhood. Just remember to do it!
